A: Hi Wendy! Dr. Scholl's Corn Removers with Hydrogel Technology should be left on for 48 hours. After 48 hours, the medicated disc should be removed, and the process can be repeated every 48 hours if necessary, up to a maximum of 14 days. Q: Would this help with removing calluses such as writer callus?
A: Thank you for inquiring about our Dr. Scholl's Duragel Medicated Corn Remover Bandages. Writer’s calluses are smaller than the typical calluses found on the foot. The corn remover treatment discs for calluses and corns are sized for feet to ensure that the disc is placed on and treats the corn or callus but not the surrounding skin. However, as an OTC drug, we cannot directly recommend that it be used outside of it’s indications for use, which as labeled, is for corns. Therefore, please confirm with your pharmacist that the corn remover product can and is the best remover for use for Writer’s callus.
