Q: Why is the 165 fl oz bottle designed this way? It is very cumbersome and messy to use (soap ends up all over the place).

Q: Does this product contain 1,4 dioxane- a known carcinogen? Are there any other carcinogens in this product? Which ingredients may cause harm to humans, waterways, marine life?
A: Carcinogen is not intentionally added ingredient in any of P&G’s products. Because arsenic is in the naturally occurring in the environment, arsenic is found in trace amounts widely across many products such as food and cleaning products. The results shared by CR are very low, safe levels, well below any established safety limits for a cleaning product.

Q: Is this detergent gentle on clothing? Is it recommended for delicate material such as silk, wool and fine organic cotton?
A: Ali, thank you for a great question. Dreft is gentle on baby's skin and some delicate materials. If the garment is machine washable, it is safe to use Dreft.
