The product is well built and I would say has everything as advertised. But it barely made a dent in the popcorn ceiling which is what I bought it for. So that is why the three star rating

Non compatible with other vacuums, more work to hold it more then anything. Portacable is nice lightweight. But no light.

I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. It blows dust everywhere even with the vacuum bag. We even ran the hose directly into an industrial vac. The head/sander would fill up with dust and not empty.
