A: it does have a trolley sleeve that can slip over thez handle of a rolling suitcase.

Q: Will this bag qualify as a personal item for an international flight?

A: Hi, according to AA: “Your personal item can have a maximum dimensional length of 36 inches. Dimensional length is the sum of the object's length, height and width. The carry-on bag can have a maximum dimensional length of 45 inches and may weigh up to 40 pounds.” In doing the math this bag seems to measure about 37 inches. You can probably get away with this as a personal item since it is so close. But, you should check the carry-on and personal item size restrictions for whatever airline you are traveling. Also, I noticed that the bag only holds 11 pounds. That is something to consider if you were traveling.

A: Yes. If you look at the rear view picture, it looks almost identical to the front view except that you can see a bottom zipper. If you unzip that, it opens it up for the handle to pass through.

A: The height is actually the 14.2 inches (the width is the 15.7) and the handle extends approximately 7 inches in the middle above the bag. I can carry it on my shoulder.

I used this as my personal item while flying to see family for Christmas. It fit upright under the seat on Allegiant and didn't slip around while on top of my carryon. My large knitting project fit in the main pocket, plus snacks, chargers, and my phone in the accessory pockets. A jacket fit out of the way in the bottom. I don't like checking bags and this helped maximize my packing volume.

This bag is cuter in person than online. It’s sturdy, but a little small. I wish there was a zipper between the top and bottom compartment that would allow more room in the main part of the bag. The main compartment fits my laptop and cords, a notebook, a small travel blanket and a few snacks. It’s not tiny, but also not big by any means and I am surprised by the reviews that say they can fit everything they need for a weekend trip. The sleeve that attaches it to a suitcase is nice. My favorite thing is that it looks professional enough to use as my laptop bag when I travel to the office.

My husband got us this bag to transport items for our 3 kids under 4 years old. It works so well as a diaper bag and a gym bag. The lower pocket can be used to store diapers & wipes to keep them separate from snacks and extra clothes. It also works well as a gym bag since you can use the lower zippered section for sneakers.
