[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked up Duke Cannon’s Sawtooth Body Wash thinking, “Hey, it’s soap. It cleans. End of story. ” Wrong. This is not soap. This is a personality upgrade in a bottle. The first time I used it, I swear I heard a bald eagle screech in the distance. The scent hit me like I had just wrestled a pine tree to the ground and won. Suddenly, I wasn’t standing in my shower—I was deep in the wilderness, chopping logs, growing a beard at an alarming rate, and contemplating building a cabin with my bare hands. And let’s talk about confidence. Five minutes after stepping out, I felt like I could split firewood, fix a truck engine, and grill a steak—all at the same time. I walked past a mirror and even my reflection looked impressed. Now, I can’t scientifically prove this, but ever since I started using it, I’ve noticed… attention. Like, “Who is that rugged individual who smells like victory and freshly conquered forest?” kind of attention. I’m not saying this body wash turns you into a lumberjack heartthrob, but I’m also not not saying that. Side effects may include: increased flannel ownership, a sudden urge to say “yep” a lot, and the overwhelming belief that you could survive in the wild with nothing but a pocketknife and good intentions. Final verdict: 10/10. Smells like you chop wood for fun, even if the closest you’ve come is opening a bag of chips.

Changed product
I loved this body wash but since the restyling of the bottle the scent and consistency has not been the same. The scent smells more like chemicals and does not last as long after a shower. The consistency of the body wash is not as thick and doesn’t lather as well. I’m not sure if the product was changed or if I have gotten several bad bottles. Loved this body wash before the rebrand but sadly will have to find a new body wash.

5 years my wife and I didn't engage in the dirty, mainly due to me having a scent of hamburgers. I tried so many washes like native, cremo, dr, squatch, nothing penetrated the smell I radiated. I was loosing the ability to be a man, until I found Sawtooth. As soon as I applied this wash, the smell disappeared. I walked out of the shower feeling really good about myself, and realized that my little lamb below was softer than ever before. My wife quickly smelled me and fell in love and that led to something unexpected and let me tell you, Duke Cannon nailed the smell to attract the ladies. This smell will not let you down, and everyone loves it. Now I'm on the search to find it in shampoo form and cologne.

Had to change it…
Had to change it. This was my favorite scent of Duke Cannon bodywash. Just opened a new bottle and noticed a difference. Even checked my other 2 bottles and they all smell the same. The fragrance used to be fresh and crisp. Now it smells floral and nothing like the original. Thankfully I have switched to Seawolf that is pretty good. But really bummed out that they had to change a classic scent.
