Dymatize Pre Workout Nutrition Powder - Tropical Lemon Lime - 13.1oz/30 Servings

Have used a couple times now and really enjoy the boost it gives without an insane amount of caffeine. However, the lemon lime taste is extreme. Like almost burns your throat extreme. I like the results it gives me so may try another flavor but just beware the flavor is extremely strong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Energyze Pre-Workout (Lemon Lime) is actually pretty good. The flavor is refreshing-tart but not overpowering, and it goes down smoothly. No weird aftertaste or chalky texture, which is a big plus. Performance-wise, it gives me a solid energy boost without making me feel too jittery. I can feel it kicking in pretty quickly, keeping me focused and pushing through my workouts. No harsh crash afterward either. Overall, it's a good pre-workout, especially if you like citrus flavors. I'd definitely recommend it!

I never eat before a work out, which consists of weight lifting and then a run, and this sits fine on a empty stomach and gives me the energy to complete both tasks. Solid pre-workout. The flavor reminds me of a limeade type of flavor. It is a little strong but overall I liked it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this lemon flavored pre-workout, and it's very effective not once in the 14 days I used it, haven't I not seen results in my workouts. First of this makes you concentrate on your wokout rather than usal.you don't feel without energy mid workout, and you can get more reps in. It has bcas wich is a plus. This just works.

Tastes especially good when the water is ice cold. The powder was very easy to mix and didn't create any clumps. Great energy boost for before the gym without the jitters.

As a habitual gym goer, I tried 'Energyze' with minimal expectations, believing it was just another marketing gimmick. I was pleasantly wrong. I started out with one scoop in a 16oz bottle water before my workout. Did some heavy bag punching to increase my heart rate and then....an unwarned rush, like that of a niacin flush. I focused on lifting (bicep curls) and was able to push past the initial throes of tearing muscle fibers to create stronger ones. It's like having a spotter assisting you while lifting. Energyze did it's job, I just wish they'd stop adding so much caffeine (150 mg) to pre workout mixes. Incorporate natural variations: BCAA, coconut water, L-theanine and green tea, these will make for a more sustainable and natural jolt of energy without the post workout jitters.Though I could taste the essence of lime, it was hard to get past the aspartame derivatives. But overall it was an OK to good pre-workout mix. It did its job in helping prolong the rep sessions.

With 150mg of caffeine it's easy to take any time and not going to keep you up all night. Not overly powerful. It's a very clean supplement without the jitters. It mixes easily in a shaker and reminds me of Gatorade lemon lime flavor! Thanks Dymatize for giving me this product in exchange for my review.

Firstly, the new flavors are spot on. Second, I get the energy kick I need in the gym and my workout/pumps feel amazing. I've noticed an increase in my performance lately by adding this.
