I purchased this brush today and was not happy with it. I find it's too soft, too much of my makeup powder is going all over. I wish I had paid more for a better brush. Not happy and wouldn't recommend.

I have used 2 of these brushes in the past, loved them but they were getting old and losing hair, I ordered 2 new brushes and What?? the new brushes are cheaply made and don't pick up loose powder. I want to return them. Please bring back the old brushes!

Very soft at first and a nice big brush for quickly applying a full face of powder, but after a couple of years of almost daily use, the bristles became prickly feeling. I take good care of all my different face brushes, and have also used them for several years, and none of them have ever felt prickly over time like this one. I would only recommend for the low price. If you don't mind buying new brushes every couple years, then it's a good one to have!

This is probably my 4th or 5th time purchasing this foundation brush. The bristles are the perfect thickness to apply and blend my liquid foundation. Not too thin, where the foundation sinks to the middle of the brush, and large enough to quickly apply a full face. This has saved me on makeup waste and has also sped up my application time exponentially. On top of the design, the affordability of this brush makes my repeat purchasing of it a no-brainer. Elf products never disappoint, and this brush is no exception. I have sold my sister on this brush, and I would recommend it to literally anyone looking for a good brush to apply liquid foundation quickly and evenly.

Would be a great brush if the bristles didn't fall out several at a time. DO NOT use with liquid products. I thought it might be okay since it says it can be used with wet or dry products. Even though I was skeptical because it's so cheap, I figured I'd give it a shot (famous last words!). I'm currently still pulling bristles off of my face an hour later. Took a break to write this review. If the brush was indicated to be used for dry products only, I'd have a different review, but if e.l.f. is going to tell me I can use this for liquid makeup and then it leaves me with hairs plastered to my dang face, well this brush just ain't it. Smh.

I have had expensive, brand name kabuki brushes. This one is not as sturdy and has cheaper bristles, but this one is still very effective. Great for a thin application of powdered products and a sheer, buildable application of cream products. It's a bit too big for the face, but I think it's good for finishing off a look with loose powder and applying bronzer all over the body. I wish there was a sturdy case for this though because it doesn't fit into any brush roller or cup.
