Self care journal
I actually got it for a friend whose mom just died to encourage self care. I do like it but the only issue is 4 pages all say call your mom! I didn’t know this when I looked at it because I didn’t have time to look thru every page so I’m having to scramble by putting giant stickers over those pages because my worst fear is upsetting her when she can’t even call her mom anymore. I actually felt terrible when I saw it. The actual journal is great but could use more prompts on what to write and be more aware not everyone has a mom to call.
