    Efficient, Simple, and Cost Savings

    We've had this system for a few weeks and the system has been running flawlessly. The thermostat is easy to setup and adjust as needed. Besides, the system is eco-friendly and the interface with the power company has benefits of future savings on our monthly bills.

    Total system

    I purchased the security package, thermostat, doorbell camera and two door sensors and room sensor. I had a local HVAC company install and configure the thermostat on my heat pump system. Then I installed the camera and the sensors. Very easy installation and purchase included 1 year subscription to the security service. I highly recommend this system.

    Difficult to set hold temperature manually.

    This Premium model is impossible to hold my manual settings like I do at another house where I use an Ecobee 3-Lite. It is not nearly as user friendly!

    A great addition!

    It's been 3 weeks since install and were very happy with the results, the temperature in the house is much more consistent and easily adjusted if necessary as well as monitoring multiple locations the circulation settings allows the air to mix throughout the house even when the AC/Heat isn't running, love it!

    The Ecobee replaced an outdated thermostat. Best addition we’ve made to our home. Installation was easy and well guided from Ecobee. A must have if you’re looking to upgrade and incorporate a thermostat to a voice control device.

    I bought the Premium thermostat so that I could use Home Assistant to control our HVAC with more flexibility than the Ecobee app provides. Unfortunately Ecobee is no longer providing API keys that allow for this integration. Please re-implement the developer program and provide API keys to those who need them!

    Easy to install and use. Has great features and adjusts settings automatically when heating/cooling is not required because of occupancy. Temperature setting can also be adjusted in the event sensors are not accurate. It is worth every penny so it was a good thing there was a rebate in place. Make sure to look for rebates.
