    Okay

The overall concept is great but you cannot take apart the entire robot to rebuild. Only the arms are detachable and the screws and be played with.

No designing and definitely no drilling

double whammy lie in the title. comes as a plastic piece with stickers and a few bolts that you screw jnto slots. no reconfiguring. no fun putting anything together or making something new or creative. nope, this is a plastic log with holes in it and no lights, sounds, fun, or point and purpose. it's description was a blast! the catfish toy I got was a complete shocker. I suppose fine motor development could benefit from this toy if you have a toddler who is going on 40. or is gifted with tunnel vision on boring things. you could just give your kid a screw driver with a piece of wood with prescrewed screws and a screw driver and save yourself the 20 bucks and the disappointment. this toy is literally up with the quality of the current happy meal toys. they suck

I'm so sorry you were disappointed with our Design & Drill Robot. Our Design & Drill toys were created to help little builders develop hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, hand strength, and more as they manipulate kid-sized tools designed just for them.

    We love our robot!

I purchased this robot for my daughter’s 2nd birthday and although it says 3+, she enjoys playing with it. She now has her own robot toy like Miss Elaina from Daniel Tiger. We have a drill from another toy from the same brand & it works, so my daughter uses both drill & screwdriver. Thinking of buying another to have on hand when her friends & cousins are over.

    Cute and compact

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Design & Drill Robot was easy to use and a great size for small hands. It's built well and worked as advertised. I believe this would be best for a younger child around 2-3. My son was almost 4 when he received it and I feel like it was too easy for him and became boring because there were not a lot of ways that you could use it or build with it. Maybe including different arms, legs, equipment that could be changed would have made it more fun for him.

    Fun toy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son thought it was cool for a few minutes then got bored of it. He's almost 6 and I would say this toy would be for a younger child. Overall I think it's a fun toy and helps children with hand coordination.

    Toy for mind wanderers

Great & simple toy that does not cost much. No issues with the toy. I just wish stickers would not come off. From the looks of it stickers will eventually. Got it for my son and both him and his sister were interested in playing. So far so good!

Excellent toy for a curious little boy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the thought of this toy since my son is always asking to play with tools. Hes 3 and told me it was too hard to screw the screws in with the screwdriver so he twisted them in by hand. We got about 10 mins out of it before he got bored with it.

Lots of pieces and fun for a good amount of time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boys absolutely loved this you. They are two and five and both of them found it very interesting, new and one of a kind. It does come with a lot of pieces to begin. You tech them how to screw and use a small personal size one for them to feel comfortable with.
