Q: does the ladybugs come with it?
A: The GeoSafari Jr. Ladybug Garden includes a mail-in certificate to receive ladybug larvae within the continental U.S. (consumer pays $12.95 shipping & handling fee). You should receive your ladybug larvae within 7-10 days of placing your order. Ladybug larvae can not ship in extremely cold temperatures.

Q: How long does it take to receive the ladybugs?
A: Hi Penny Ladybugs are shipped via Carolina, according to their website: Larvae are shipped via US Postal Service. If you place your order before 12 PM EST on Wednesday, your larvae will be shipped in 5-7 business days (the next Mon or Tues). If you place your order after 12pm EST on Wednesday, your larvae will be shipped in 10-14 days (the following Mon or Tues). Larvae are only shipped within the continental US (Not available for Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or any other international shipments). Also note, that Ladybugs can not ship in extreme cold winter temperatures.
