The difference is phenomenal and I don't get any crash because its all natural with cane sugar and stevia, none of that artificial coloring or flavors.

I am so happy with the benefits I feel after using these for 1 week straight. Usually recovery takes a bit longer for me after a hard workout, but I’ve been ready to go back to the gym quicker after using these. the electrolytes and benefits are amazing!

For one, I'm able to drink this all day without running to the bathroom every 10 minutes because of the hydration it provides me with. It's also incredibly easy to prepare (tastes best with cold water). I feel like with the use of beet powder, I'm able to get the benefits of beets without consuming them.

I don’t hydrate enough and that’s not good - last week was moving week - we did all the packing and unpacking in the Florida heat and I was thrilled to have these tablets. just pop one in a water and you have an instant electrolyte drink - citrusy and good for you . I care about what I eat and drink and I don’t want colorful dyes and Ingredients that don’t work . NOW is science backed and only uses clean ingredients that have been studied and safe, i’m sure for a marathoner these would be ideal - but for a regular person working hard in the heat these are also amazing!
