Great product for on the go hydration

I like these as my daily electrolyte supplement from POTS because they seem to help, they don't taste overly sweet and they don't taste salty either. And I love how easy it is to dro a tablet into my water bottle, much less hassle than other options I've tried. And they are low sugar compared to other brands.

Great product but most of the packs at the local store in person were expired. Wish inventory for perishable items in the workout aisle was monitored a bit better for these or at least to discount/clearance if expired/best-by items are being sold as-is.

I tried this and it's just plain nasty. I can't get my lid top to go back on either, so I have these loose tabs. This is going in the trash.

Great taste. Convenient to use and easy to transport. Long shelf life. Low cost.

Natural flavors, dextrose, citric acid... This manmade trash ain't got a THING on naturally God made coconut water. Buy organic coconut water, no sugar added not from concentrate. You'll feel so much better, more energy and truly hydrated. You don't need much each day. And if you must buy a more convenient option for travel, check into Re-Lyte. Much better quality and better for your overall long term health.

These taste good, have a healthy electrolyte amount and ingredients. They are easy to use (just drop them in your water and let them disintegrate, you don't need to do heavy manual mixing). I think they are a much better option for electrolytes than many others out there. The only negative is that sometimes I like to break the tab in half for my running bottle, and it inevitably crumbles a bit.

I Didn't check the Label until after I took this it had Way too Much Sodium 300 mg. That run up your Blood Oressure & Defeatvthe purpose of being well hydrated

My husband loves adding these to his water to help with hydration. He has liked each flavor he has tried so far and says it doesn’t taste chalky.

My coworker turned me on to this product . I am looking for an alternative to drinking soda and this is a great solution. They have free flavors . I keep them in my desk at work as well as in my night stand

Didn't like the flavor. It added some carbonation which was odd but ok. Flavor was ok when combined with another flavor enhancer such as a tropical flavor crystal lite liquid. Did the job for hydration + electrolytes though.

Great flavor and a healthy way to maintain your electrolyte levels! I have a medical condition that requires me to have supplementation to maintain my sodium levels, and this product is a godsend! I couldn’t take one more Gatorade or energy drink and was taking prescription sodium tablets until I found this product! Watermelon is my favorite of the flavors! Target frequently has decent sales on Nuun tablets and I stock up.

It is a good option for me since I need a vegan, gluten free, and low sugar option. Cost isn't bad compared to other hydration drinks. I use it after having to take pain medication that dehydrates me or if I need a hydration boost.

Helps my electrolyte issues.

Would give it 5 stars if Nuun would remove the dextrose the flavor and formulation is amazing it is way over priced for what it is

I started using these about a year ago when I was diagnosed with POTS. My electrolytes get out of wack easily and I’m prone to dehydration and after trying a LOT of diff brands, I found these had the best ingredients, were the most affordable, and lowest sugar. To all the reviews comparing these to liquid IV, of course those taste better just look at the amount of sugar in them. And those are twice as expensive. Gatorade, Powerade, even Pedialyte all contain unnecessary dyes, sugar, or artificial sweeteners and don’t have as many or the ideal amounts of electrolytes/ vitamins as these little gems. I like to put them in seltzer water so it’s like drinking a flavored seltzer and fyi they dissolve a lot faster that way. You can also break them in half and easily put in a water bottle. They also sell powder packets (but those cost more), if you really can’t stand to wait a couple mins for the tabs to dissolve. But that’s a small inconvenience compared to all the benefits imo.
