I use this for baking all the time
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I buy the gigantic tub and use it for high protein baking recipes. It is pure egg whites and adds a nice lightness to my baked good. I don’t go overboard and stick to 2-4 tbsp per baked good.

Awful ingredient added
I used to love this product and used is weekly to make a Keto egg white protein bread. Unfortunately, NOW foods has added "Sunflower Lecithen" to this product and IT NO LONGER fluffs up like real egg whites do. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE go back to just egg whites in the ingredients.

Really sad.
I bought this product as I usually have in order to bake keto bread. It now has lecithin in it and no longer works for my bread recipe. So I spent twice as much money for another brand to bake bread. It sort of works, but not like the old Now product did. I’ve been trying to use the remainder of my huge container of Now egg white protein in other things. It doesn’t dissolve very well and remains lumpy. Frustrated! I wasted a lot of money on it and can’t seem to find an acceptable use for it. It would be awesome if the old product would miraculously reappear. Although, I am not expecting it.

It’s changed and does not work!
I have bought this product for many years and up until now it’s been great. The new batch will not whip and smells off. I am so disappointed and angry that I spent so much money for a product I cannot use. What an I supposed to do with 5 lbs of egg white powder that is of no use.

I am really disappointed of the change you did in this product! Adding sunflower lecithin affect the taste and the whipping process for my egg white bread. I surely won’t buy it again!

Smells and tastes weird, doesn't whip up!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What is going on?? Did they change the formula? I have been buying this brand for over a year to make egg white bread and have been very satisfied. I just bought a new container and it won't whip up fluffy and smells nutty! Almost like sunflower seeds and almonds mixex together. It has affected the flavor as well. I will have to find another brand now. Extremely disappointed!

New formula will not work.
I’ve used the Egg White Protein powder for years and buy in the 5lb size, but not anymore. You changed the ingredients and it will not whip for making Keto bake goods or meringues. I bake every week and now have to find a new brand. Please bring back the real Egg White Protein Powder!

Not working anymore
Used to use this product to make low carb bread. Worked great. Something changed. The latest batches I received no longer whip into a meringue state. Did you change the formula?

Great substitute for fresh eggs
This is a great way to tighten-up breads that are too crumbly to eat as intended. I buy a lot of grain-free mixes for pancakes or breads, and some cook up like cornbread -- they fall apart in your hands. This holds them together without having to add the additional water that's in fresh eggs, which can make a batter too wet; plus it helps if you don't have any eggs on hand. They last a long time (I keep the cannister in the fridge).

Not a solution.
Will not buy again. If you blend/ puree it with any liquid or liquid with fruit, it whips as egg whites do into meringue. Not the solution for me. Other brands have worked better for my circumstance.

Easiest form of protein to digest...
love this...research best form of protein for kidney issues...egg whites are easily digested. No stomach issues as with Whey or milk proteins. Very smooth no chalkiness like other high priced plant based protein shakes... eggwhite easily mix in frozen berries...I'm a fan of Swanson's.

Good protein, but the powder goes everywhere. If I mix it in another container with another protein it's better.
