Our quest was simple: We wanted to brew a world-class White Ale that is the best we've ever tasted, while staying true to our Icelandic roots. We achieved fullkomnun (perfection) by combining pure Icelandic glacier water with wheat malts, rolled oats, Bavairan noble hops, along with orange peel & coriander. The result is a clean, crisp Icelandic White Ale with just enough citrus zest and oats to provide a smooth finish that is uniquely flavorful and refreshingly drinkable.
