About the Author

Rosa García Perea (Sevilla, 1965) es escritora, editora y promotora de la lectura. Su trayectoria literaria comenzó en 1992, cuando fue finalista del Premio Nacional de Narrativa "Punto de Encuentro" de Uruguay con El Caleidoscopio, publicado en Montevideo. Desde entonces, ha desarrollado una sólida carrera con obras de narrativa, poesía y ensayo, publicadas en España y Latinoamérica. Ha impartido talleres de Creación Literaria y Fomento a la Lectura para niños y adultos, además de cofundar el Club de lectura del Ateneo de Sevilla y el Club de lectura y debate Monipodio. Como editora, ha dirigido las revistas literarias Jirones de Azul y Palabras Descalzas, así como la editorial Jirones de Azul. Actualmente, forma parte del equipo editorial de Almuzara y es colaboradora habitual en prensa, radio y televisión.
