About the Author

Natural de Madrid, experta en Medicina Psicosomática y Duelo. Licenciada en Psicología por la Universidad CEU San Pablo y la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, cuenta además con un Máster en Administración de Empresas (ICADE) y otro en Psicoterapia, otorgado por la Sociedad Española de Medicina Psicosomática y Psicología Médica de Madrid. Desde 2002, ejerce como terapeuta, aplicando técnicas de introspección y terapias alternativas tanto en modalidad presencial como online. Es formadora en el Colegio Oficial de la Psicología de Madrid, donde capacita a terapeutas y profesionales de la salud mental. Además, ha colaborado con diversos medios de comunicación, contribuyendo a la difusión del conocimiento y las prácticas psicológicas. En 2024, su labor como divulgadora fue reconocida por el Colegio Oficial de la Psicología de Madrid, destacando su contribución a la promoción de esta disciplina en los medios.
