I agree with other reviews; mostly mashed up beans with a little beef mixed in but the flavor is there. Best (if) cooked in oven Smaller than expected; I usually fix 2 +sour cream & fresh salsa on the side Price, of course keeps going up but great for a quick meal

Mold on frozen burridos :( are first day we bought so not from storage. I'm not buying food from here anymore. Only non grocery items. So many defects and nasty events with your food even the fresh chicken has had issues from being expired to not correctly stored.

The burrito was good, but I was hungry and really wanted an XXLarge burrito. That is why I bought this instead of the others in the frozen aisle. As you can see in my photo, the bag is big. BUT, once you open it up you get a small to medium sized burrito. It is the size of an average burrito you see in the frozen aisle. Most companies would just call it a burrito. Not Small, Medium, or even Large. Just a burrito. But El Monterey calls this an XXLarge Burito, with an exclamation point even! Well that is a stretch. But if they consider this an XXLarge, I wonder what the regular size is? Maybe just one bite?

Burritos are delicious . Only con for me would be the packaging . They are not individually wrapped so once the bag is open you must make sure you close it good to keep the rest fresh and lasting .
