Carmela Trujilo was born in Cáceres in 1966. She has a degree in Philosophy and Education Science. She has received various literary awards for her stories for children and adults, like the First Prize in the XXV Vila d'Ibi Children's Narrative Contest with Esto no puede seguir así.
