Defective product
It worked for about 10 minutes before it gave out. I wish I read the reviews before I purchased it. My cat did like it while it worked but sadly I’m going to have to return it.

not as bad as everyone says
i’ve had this toy for about 7 months now, and had to replace the batteries once. you just have to make sure you turn it off after playing sessions. my cats always absolutely love this, it helps get out so much energy. The controlling is a little wonky, but that’s to be expected with a toy that’s cheap. The wheels haven’t stopped working or anything of those sorts like other reviews are saying. Sometimes it clicks into automatic mode, but I haven’t quite figured out how to leave it on automatic mode because it’s so much easier that way! if the seller can jump in here and let me know what triggers automatic mode, that would be very appreciated!

Goes in circles
Worked well, at first. Despite changing batteries in both mouse and controller, the mouse only moves in circles. I don't recommend this product. Very disappointing.

Stopped working 5 minutes into use
Unfortunately as many have stated it just stopped working after a few minutes of use. My cats really liked it for those few minutes though. For the price I feel like the product should be more durable.

Poor Design
Poor design, as most reviews state. Bought it in store, so I wasn't able to read reviews but sure wish I had. My cat LOVED this toy, for the 10 minutes it worked. It eventually started only going in circles and now just barely limps. Batteries are not the issue. As someone else stated, any lint or pet hair jams the wheels, and you can't easily remove it. That said I removed everything with a needle nosed tweezers, and it STILL only limps in circles. Such a shame because it could have been great.

Dont waste your money
Worked for maybe 2 days and my cat really enjoyed it but as soon as it got the smallest amount of dust or hair the wheels stopped working and eventually the batteries gave out. Not worth the money

Disappointed!! I wanted something fun for me and my cat but it is not at all what it has the potential to be. the remote is hard to control and loses signal easily. My cat was less than impressed watching it spin in circles.

This item isn’t as great as I thought. My cat was fond of it at first, very interested and wanted to play/ hunt. And while I understand cats can very well lose interest and stuff. My review is not the toy and not my cats reaction. The toy itself is interesting. While I do keep a clean living space, when using this toy I have to clean and vacuum a specific area just to use this toy otherwise hairs will get trapped in the pice that holds the wheels. It takes using tweezers just to pry them out. And I had another cat toy that I stoped using because of this reason, but at least that one was made with cleaning in mind and could detach parts to pick out stuff that was slowing or preventing the wheel from moving properly. I will say, overall not worth it.
