Had this tv less than a year before lines started appearing on screen and now it’s completely dead. At just over a year, 3/4 of the screen is black. Only the top 1/4 shows an image. Great at first but goes downhill VERY quickly. Don’t waste your hard earned money!

After using one year, the plastic frame on lower right hand side melted and the screen got horizontal lines across it. The TV was not heavily used and we failed to report the problem when we first noticed it to Element and the warranty ran out just a couple of days before we contacted them so I just had to buy a new TV. Was disappointed that they would not replace or offer some type of remedy when it was clearly a defective product.

If I could give it less, I would. Always had a issue with picture quality but I sucked it up cause I got it on sale. Picture finally burned out after 1.5 years. Used it allay be 1-3 hours a day. Don’t buy

One year after I bought the TV, the picture began to flicker. Luckily it was covered under warranty and replaced, but it’s concerning that this product had such a short life span, even with infrequent use.

i BOUGHT THE 65 INCH ON BLACK FRIDAY AND WHEN I GOT IT HOME FROM THE STORE AND GOT IT UP IT HAD A BIG LINE DOWN THE FRONT OF IT. IT WAS NOT DAMAGED BY ME PUTTING IT UP. VERY DISAPPOINTED, IT WAS OUR FAMILY CHRISTMAS PRESENT. ALTHOUGH I AM GETTING MY MONEY BACK, I AM NOT GETTING A REPLACEMENT AS THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK. THEY COULD AT LEAST HAVE GIVEN ME SOMETHING SIMILAR IN PRICE AND SIZE. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
