It isn't advertised for infants, but our 17 pound 3 month old enjoys contact sleep. Me and my partner rest our hands on his chest so he can sleep peacefully, and the 1lbs weighted baby elephant does the trick. I also enjoy added weight on my chest for a more peaceful sleep so I will be snoozing with the bigger elephant till he is big enough to snuggle with it.

My little one can be a little restless at night so when I saw these weighted plushies, I thought I'd give them a try. She lit up as soon as she saw them and loved that there was a "mommy" and a "baby" elephant. She also raved about how soft they are and couldn't wait to put them in her bed and was actually excited to go to sleep. She ended up sleeping on "mommy" like a pillow and cuddling "baby" in her arms and slept pretty good that night! They have since become her favorite stuffies. Mom win!
