A: Hi Cheryl, Our cuticle oil pen is super easy to use. Remove cap, twist pen 2-4 times to release liquid into tip of pen. Apply around cuticle and massage in. For best results, use daily.

Dry - stays dry. Never worked.
Extremely dissatisfied - after spending 15 minutes attempting to get the oil to be primed, nothing came up. I cannot even hear oil when I shake it near my ear. For the price, this is such a letdown.

Non Greasy No Transfer Light Scent
I have sensitive skin, so I really like to be picky with the oils I choose. This oil is perfect. Compact fits in my back doesn’t leak and also is not transfer proof on my phone screen or clothing. Would definitely recommend
