Ello 4pk Stainless Straws with Silicone Tips

Love that these are stainless steel! Cleaning can be tricky but the brush helps

My younger child loves these, but he also has stomach problems. His GI doctor just told us today that he's swallowing so much air with them and we need to use a thinner straw or stop using straws.

I love these!! They are my favorite straws. I got mine a few years ago, and the combo metal and silicone is the best, and super easy to clean. I reach for these over the all silicone ones because while I love the feel of the silicone mouth piece, I like that they have the rigid metal shaft so it doesn't bend when I'm drinking. It's a minor thing, and the all silicone ones are still amazing. But I have 2 sets of these and love them! Highly recommend!

Very cute, smaller than expected

This is just what I was looking for, but the straw is too long for my Yeti 30 oz tumber. These are better suited for larger ones.

I am a smoothie lover and these are perfect! Love that they have the softer part for drinking and that they come apart for a thorough wash.

Generally speaking like these straws. The only downside is that the silicone tip can slide off. So far I’ve been able to get it back on. But my concern is that there may come a point where I won’t be able to do that. They’re best with soda, juices & etc. But frozen/iced beverages can be a little challenging. I think it would help if the straws were a little wider.

Great straws for on the go or sitting at home, drinking your favorite drink. Easy to clean and store. The silicone tip provides comfort here teeth don’t get cold or hot with beverages.

These are by far the best straws. Especially if you live on a farm and have to drive down bumpy dirt road because with this straw you don't have to worry about it hitting your teeth. I'm a freak about keeping my teeth nice and don't want to chip a tooth trying to take a sip. I do with they would make them in new colors like Neon, Chrome metal part etc. Come on with some new colors. Black for halloween etc

Love these straws! I use them for my Stanley. The only thing I would say is if you do plan to use them for a Stanley they’re not long enough to reach to the bottom. But I still love them!

Great straws. Love that the tip is all silicone and soft and has no metal in it. The metal further down in the straw makes it sturdy.

we were using way too many plastic straws soi needed to invest in an alternative....purchased these and so far so good. i love that it comes with a cleaner as well

These have quickly become a staple in the house. Not only are they used for daily coffee intake. My children enjoy drinking water with them. Win-Win really. I apprecaite how Ello makes quality products that make my life a bit easlier. Clean up is a breeze. Will be purchasing more in the future.

Only came with two of the silicon tops. But overall it’s fine

I’m new to switching from plastic straws to reusable straws and these are great and they’re easy to clean as well.

I’ve had these for two years now and they look/function as brand new. They’re very durable. On mine, the silicone tips of all the colors except light pink are firm, thick and not “squishy” if that makes sense. It’s not noticeably different than using a plastic straw. The light pink one, however, is very thin in comparison and is a sensory nightmare—it’s super squishy and collapses a little when you drink from it. I often avoid that straw altogether and occasionally use it upside down and drink from the stainless part (which of course means banging my teeth on metal). So I’d recommend buying in person if you can, to ensure they’re all consistently thick. Otherwise, I’ve been super happy with my purchase and recommend these. They wash super easily in the silverware part of my dishwasher. I only have to take a straw brush to them after drinking smoothies.

I actually like these straws, but they were not what I expected. I expected the silicone tips to sit on top of the metal to cover it for a softer drinking experience; instead, they silicone is attached to the metal down where the silicone and metal meet. This means that the tips are very floppy silicone without anything underneath them. It works fine, but it was a weird drinking experience at first. I also worry that maybe the silicone could break off over time or get dirt stuck where the straws attach, but that hasn't happened to me yet. I use these straws in an Ello cup, and they fit great. They are fairly easy to clean with a straw brush, but stuff can get stuck inside, and it's hard to see with the bend in the straw unless you straighten the tip out and hold it up to light.
