Q: How wide is the bottom of the mug? I see dimension of 3.2" W, but I'm assuming that's at the top. I am trying to find a skinny mug to fit a cupholder on my Gramma's walker.

Q: Help. My lid has gotten so super tight and suctioned that I can't get it to unscrew. I've used hot water. I've used dish gloved hands. Nothing. Any ideas on how to fix? I truly love this little mug!

Q: How to disassemble the lid parts (specifically the slider)?

The slider on the Ello Jones 11oz Travel Mug lid is not designed to be disassembled—we don’t recommend trying to remove it, as doing so could damage the lid. For cleaning, the lid is top-rack dishwasher safe, or you can soak it in warm soapy water and use a small brush to reach around the slider area.
