Q: Can this fit a bentgo
A: Hello from Ello! Unfortunately, our Ello Lunch Bag cannot fit a Bentgo container upright. However, if you’re able to place the container on its side, it should fit inside the bag.

Q: Will the bag fit a Ello meal prep container upright?
A: Hello from Ello! Our Lunch Bag fits most of our Storage Containers! If you have a 3.4 cup container, it should fit upright, as long as it's the first item put into the bag.

Q: Photo 3 says it has "multiple pockers". What's a "pocker"?
A: It must have been a typo, I believe they mean pocket. I’m not 100 percent sure because I don’t work for this organization but I assume that is what they mean.

Q: Is this with zero insulation and if yes it is also unable to hold an ice to keep food cool ( non waterproof and will leak)?

While it’s not designed for long-term temperature control, it’s great for everyday use like work or school lunches. Our lunch tote is unfortunately not designed to hold liquids, and may leak if filled with ice.

Q: How wide is the tote when it's open? It doesn't look like it's wide enough to put bento boxes (even the matching Ello ones) flat on the bottom.
A: Hello from Ello! The Ello Lunch Bag has dimensions of 10.25 inches (H) x 9.6 inches (W) x 1.6 inches (D). Though our Ello Lunch Bento Stack container can fit inside the Ello Lunch Bag, it may not fit upright due to the bag's depth. Placing the container on its side or stacking it with other items should allow for a secure fit.
