Love the elvie pump but these flanges make so much noise. The pump is 10x noisier with these different sized flanges. Not sure if it’s just the ones I received, but it’s terrible.

Ordered the 21mm smaller breast shield originally and after sanitizing once as recommended by manufacturer the plastic started to splice after using it. So I returned and in exchange for my return I received my “new” 21mm breast shields with scratches and marks. The shield is easy to clean, not really sure if i would even recommend buying the Elvie. Sometimes it pumps other times it does not. The membrane has to be completely dry in order for it to pump an nipple aligned within shield correctly. I ordered pump for convenience of being able to pump on the go if i had too and that’s basically the only plus. All around it is easy to clean everything that comes with the pump but its very tedious!!

Wish it was included with the pump since most ppl I know needed the 21mm size but happy the price to buy separate is reasonable.

This was a replacement as I used the set which came with the pump so much that it had deformed. It worked very well and is comfortable to wear. Easy to clean sterilise in cold water.

I purchased Elvie Pump as I was very very convinced with the advertisemnet and thought this will be very helpful in order to save my time and efforts to pump breastmilk. But this never happened this pump was able to express 1-2 oz in 40 mins whereas my Hakka and madela pumps expressed 8-10 oz in 15-20 mins as I was oversupplier. Never had issue with madela handpump and/or electric ones. Also app was showing me full when bottle was either empty or had just 1 oz. I tried to reach the customer support but got no help first the time wa an issue as USA time was different than the company. I reached through email and got response to reset the app which I did but issue was never fixed. Later on I keep calling and reaching via email but received no help. I am super disappointed with the purachase as I spent good amount of money on somethong which is just sitting in my closet with no use.

Although I love the Elvie pump the accessories that accompanied the double set could be customised to the customer’s size. For example you get four shields two of which are useless because they come in large and small. It would be better for customers to pick one size for all shields to get better use out of the product. Especially when the price tag is so high.

Great product additional shield size helped with production

Elvie is an excellent breast pump but it's so annoying that you have to buy the 21mm shield separately. There should be an option to choose the size shield you require considering how much money you spend on the product! Shield is great but Elvie is penalising people with small nipples

Having previously used a shield that was clearly the wrong size I was so relieved to get the Elvie pump and its accessories. This shield made the world of difference to my pumping experience.

I think the pump is very efficient within the first few weeks of use. With continued use the force function begins to deteriorate.

I use Elvie while I am at work as my 'on-the-go' pumping system however I do not use it as my primary pumping system sadly. I dislike having to admit that I ended up buying a more efficient pump to use more often than the Elvie. The battery life has let me down on more than a handful of occasions when I was hoping to rely on it for convenience. I would charge the pumps the evening before going to work and find them dead when I was due to pump on a lunch break just the following day. I would love to rate it higher but the appeal to this style was to be inconspicuous and convenient and it only checks off one of those boxes for me. I loved being able to hide them in my shirt and multitask while at work.

After a few washes in warm/hot water the plastic began to warp. As the shape of the shield changed it was much harder to get a good seal for optimal pumping results
