Q: what's the difference between the Elvie and the Willow?
A: Actually, the Willow 3.0 does NOT come with the reusable container. It is offered for $50 additional. But, not included with the pump itself. It comes with bags. I just returned mine to exchange for a Elvie, because for $499, I don't want to have to buy extra parts.

Q: Why can’t I get anything off my pumps when I add a registry ?
A: Hi Kayla - thank you for your question! According to the Target Registry FAQ, Elvie is excluded as a brand from the 15% off coupon for any unpurchased items you have remaining on your registry.

A: I don't think so. You may need to check with your insurance provider.

Q: is this hospital grade pump ?
A: Thank you for the question! While Elvie Pump provides powerful and personalized suction and pumping performance, it cannot be classified as 'hospital grade' with a suction strength of 220 mmHg, rather than 270mmHg.

A: Hi Hannah, thank you for your question! All Elvie products come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty, so there is no need to pay extra.

Q: I have baby brezza one step baby bottle sterilizer and dryer. Can I put elvie parts to sterilize in this machine ?
A: Hi Esther! Elvie Pump parts are suitable for microwave, steam or cold water sterilizing methods. We do not recommend microwave or steam sterilizing for more than five minutes. You should always refer to the manufacturers instructions and please be aware that some steam and microwave sterilizers reach high temperatures which may risk warping plastic parts. We do not recommend ultraviolet sterilization.

Q: Can I use dishwasher to clean all the parts?
A: Hi Kate! All washable components are dishwasher safe. This includes the Bottle, Spout, Valve, Seal, and Breast Shield. The Hub, which houses all the electronics, should never come in contact with water, but can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
