    Does not work

    Almost no suction. My lactation consultant examined it and said that Elvie products are usually good, but this one has too weak of a motor to work.

    Comfortable, practical and easy to clean

    Love my elvie stride 2. I get the same output that I do with my spectra. It’s comfortable, and easy to clean. I’m purchasing a second one to keep at work. The flexibility of pumping wherever and whenever makes exclusive pumping possible, accessible and less stressful.

    Elvie Stride 2

    Overall the efficiency and the accessibility of the product is great! So much easier to manage over my spectra pump, especially in the workplace and for privacy. However, I do find that the pump pressure isn’t comparable to the spectra pumps and it does leak. The original elvie stride with the separate collection cup for milk might be more airtight. But I will say I do like it and the fit is comfortable, light and easy to use. Love the app feature!

    Perfect for pumping while working

    I’ve tried the Elvie OG, Willow, and Eufy pro pumps. The stride 2 blows all of these away by far. It doesn’t lose suction easily like the OG and is way quieter and much lower profile than the Willow and Eufy. I’m a physician and I feel totally comfortable to pump while seeing patients. It’s very quiet but if it’s bothering you, you can put on some lofi beats for work from Spotify and it will mask it completely. I wish it was easier to pour from, but maybe I need more practice. Also, I wish a set of replacement parts would be available in one set so I can easily use the pump again on my long days at work. I’m thankful that the price is reasonable, so I bought two of these for convenience. The clip on pump is easily hideable with a loose fitting long shirt or a sweater or white coat in my case. I’ll be recommending this pump to all my friends and patients. The output I get with this is similar if not better than what I get with my spectra.

    Perfect for working moms and large breasts

    I really love this pump. I also have a spectra S1 and Willow Go pumps. Elvie Stride 2 is much lower profile and lighter than the Willow. It is also much quieter and more comfortable with the silicone flanges. Highly recommend for those with larger breasts or looking for a pump that is easily portable and comfortable to wear/use.

    So easy to use & quiet!

    I’m really impressed by the good suction but really quiet pump! Compared to others I’ve used (Spectra, Pumpables) this is by far the quietest which is great for pumping when you want to be discreet. It also doesn’t stick too far out which I appreciate!

    Worth the money!!

    I love how quiet and mobile this pump is. The app is easy to use. I wish the pump itself told me the time and I didn't have to always have my phone on me as well to check the time on the app. But that is such a minor thing! The only other thing I could say negative is that the flange sizes it comes with are not compatible with my body. I wish you could just pick a flange size when purchasing or it came with a closer range. The inserts closest to me are 16 and 21 but I am pretty much right in the middle of that and don't really want to purchase another set. All that being said, I would still really recommend this pump! This will make going back to work after maternity leave so much easier.

    Definitely worth the wait

    I started with the first stride and it wasn’t my fav at all! But this pump yall this was definitely worth the wait. Elvie literally listened to every mom while they crafted the stride 2. Most wearables either flip with the slightest movement and spill my milk I was able to chase my 2yr toddler around and go down a bouncy slide with this pump no spillage!!! Yes it’s on the noisy side but it gets the job done! I am so impressed with this one!

    Try something else if you have small nipples and low milk supply

    I really really wanted to love this pump. The convenience of a wearable coupled with easy-to-clean parts sounded perfect. It also advertised a variety of included flange sizes. I am a 13 mm-- the smallest this kit goes to is 15 mm. After struggling with low milk supply, we have been triple feeding for 6 weeks, where I pump after every breastfeed and my child takes a bottle. With my Spectra, I average about 1. 5 oz of milk from both breasts. With the Elvie, I get ~0. 4 oz from both, even after working with a lactation consultant and getting professionally sized to confirm that wasn't the issue. Moral of the story: if you have low milk supply and small nipples, you might want to stick with a true hospital-grade pump, not a wearable advertising itself as one.

    Its okay

    I had no idea why it was leaking from the bottom. Turns out they sent broken parts. Then they sent more parts. Even then the milk falls everywhere when coming out. I was very excited for this product. It's not good.

    Solid Work Pump

    I don’t know why people love to hate this pump. Yes, it leaks if you bend forward, but I mean you can’t expect it to defy gravity. It’s easy to clean, only has a few parts, easy to use, and gets the job done. The battery could last longer and there should be more pumping pattern options (like momcozy’s milk boost setting), but other than that it’s a solid pump.
