Q: What size box spring and mattress do you recommend to ensure you do not have a gap or space between the top of the mattress and bottom of the headboard?

A: I will buy a 7- 8 inch boxspring and I have a 14 inch Novaform mattress. My husband is 6'1 and I am 5'2 works well for us. No gapping between matress and headboard.

Q: Is the Encino fully upholstered bed compatible with an adjustable base? One answer says yes and one answer says no. I would assume that you just don't use the slots but please advise.

Q: 3D view say depth is 85” but product details say 80”. Bed to floor - It says 9” in the product details and in specifications it says 4”. What are all the dimensions known, for the queen size?

The bed is pretty but fell apart. It is way too cheaply made for the price. The legs were totally crooked after just a couple months, and even after tightening everything and being careful with it, legs started breaking. The headboard is loose and the whole bed is basically trash now.

This bed is pretty but that is about all it has going on. Cheap hardware, cheap construction. Hardware has become loose and headboard pulls from frame, then pillows fall through the frame. Retighten everything and then it just happens again. This started after only about 3 months of use. Do not waste your money on this. Unfortunately when we werent able to adjust the hardware anymore we were out of the return window. Total waste of money!

I purchased this in cream boucle and while it is pretty, it is total junk. Hardware does not hold together well. The entire bed falls apart if you try to move it. Have had to reconstruct several times and ended up replacing some of the hardware with my own sturdier pieces. Not worth the price, would not repurchase.

I purchased this bed a year and half ago. I've purchase beds from Wayfair, Overstock, Amazon and Ikea that have to be replaced often becasue of low quality. It is so worth paying a bit more for much better quality. This bed does not move, it's so aesthetically pleasing, easy to replaced bedding and the (boucle) ivory color has not gotten dirty. So happy with this purchase. Takes so,me time to build but i loooove building furniture!

The bed literally would form a huge gap when sleeping and our pillows would fall in the back. We attached the bed to the headboard but the weight of the bed just cause the screws to come out because the inside bed frame legs would start to tilt and cave in. We tried retightening and it worked one night and then back to the same issue. Beautiful bed but for the price I was expecting better quality

I absolutely love the color and texture of this bed. It looks really good and once I have a new picture for above the bed the look will be complete. I like that this bed was less expensive than a similar one from an online store. Although the directions were clear I very much dislike how long it took to assemble and the fact that one of the legs to the middle support bar didn’t have the hole drilled all the way through. Looking to see how this holds up over time.

I absolutely love everything about this bed. The color, the fabric, Mcgee & Co. vibes, it giving off a high end look, how easy it was to put together. I also got it on sale which is awesome! This bed is absolutely stunning and looks way more expensive than it is. I did not install the slats, opting to place my adjustable split king frames inside and it worked out perfectly. The boucle fabric is delicate and prone to snagging, so make sure you keep those phone cords with Velcro straps attached away from the frame. 4 stars for one of the pieces arriving with a black grease stain. I did not bother to return because it was not in a very noticeable area. I want to buy this in the queen linen next for my guest bedroom.

This bed was the exact style I was looking for, but the quality is awful. DO NOT BUY IT. We have had this bed for 4 months and the leg is broken and the middle legs are all crooked. We have tried to re-tighten everything, but the bed has completely fallen to the floor in the middle of the night multiple times.

This bed had only been slept on a few times and feel apart under us while we were sleeping. The legs snapped apart from the bed frame. DO NOT BUY! Unfortunately, we were outside of our warranty and Target would not help us and weren't able to even provide us with replacement legs.

This bed frame is a beautiful cream boucle fabric which I searched high and low for in this price range, however, the rows of metal legs do NOT stay tight and the keep buckling. I have to remove the mattress and box spring once a month to tighten the legs because they keep buckling, no matter what I do they won't stay tight. I also have the slight problem of the footboard not fitting flush with the side rails. For nearly a thousand dollars, the partnership with Studio McGee, and the fact this is a made to order piece, I would expect a higher quality.

I got the cream boucle color and it is beautiful. However it was very hard to put together. The holes for the screws weren’t big enough so we had to tap the threads and make the holes bigger in order for the screws to fit. Also the bed doesn’t seem very sturdy so far. It’s pretty but not really worth it in my opinion.
