Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. WEERAWAT CHANTANAKOME is the Executive Director of the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) in Jakarta, Indonesia Research Fellow, Director of the Energy Economics Research Center at the Institute of Industrial Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. ANDINI DESITA is the Energy Statistician& Database Specialist at the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) in Jakarta, Indonesia ONZALEZ is President of Spain's Nuclear Industry Forum and former president of FORATOM (European Nuclear Forum). He was vice-president of Spain's Nuclear Safety Council. CAROLINA G. HERNANDEZ is the Founding President and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Institute for Strategic and Development Studies (ISDS), Philippines, USA. FANTIS is an Associate Professor of International Relations at the Department of Political Science, University of Athens, Greece. JAKOBSON is the Bejing-based Director of the China Programme at the Finnish Institute of International Affairs (FIIA). TAI HWAN LEE is a Senior Research Fellow in the Regional Studies Programme, and a former director of the Foreign Policy and Security Studies Programme, at the Sejong Institute in Seoul, South Korea. Z is Professor of Economics at the University of Alicante, Spain.
