In addition to his doctorate in organization change from Pepperdine University, Maylett's expertise extends to organization development, industrial psychology, executive coaching, and psychometric assessment. He currently teaches leadership, organizational behavior, employee and customer experience design, and talent management in the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University.
