I BOUGHT IX2500 AND USED BUT NOT SATISFIED AND RETURNED AND BOUGHT EPSON RR600W AND TELL YOU THIS IS THE COMPLETE PACKAGE SCANNER WHICH COVER YOUR ACCOUNTING, SCANNING,SEND TO CLOUD AND MANY MORE. THIS IS THE BEST SCANNER I EVER HAD.

Great Scanner....But
I would have gladly rated this a 5 Star if there was a way to save several receipts into a single PDF file that can be emailed without having to seperate all the receipts. If I'm missing this process I'll be happy to re-rate this review.

Disappointed
The scanner was refurbished & then when I set it up, the scan would come out to one side. The scanner is an amazing scanner, just not the refurbished that I returned. I did purchase a brand new one & that one is amazing & fast.

Really bad experience
ery difficult to connect even with USB cable. Wifi loses the connexion o other device connect to the computer. It stops every 4 pages for few seconds. 2 out o three attemps to scan loses the job and put messages saying did not work. Has to reinitialize the scanner and the computer to start again. My experience is terrible. Another thing, there is no sotware or Microsoft Surace. Waisted all $500 ça on this device
