Do not purchase . I've had nothing but problems with their dryer I've already had it replaced twice and now they will not replace the washing machine and I'm still under warranty because I just bought them this year.I'm very disappointed in their products I would save my money and by The Splendid ones. Better beware you aren't purchasing a bunch of problems if you purchase these machines

Keith Vivian was our service agent who helped facilitate service and we had a great experience. He was respectful, professional, and very knowledgeable about getting our washer and dryer up and running. Our case was not the easiest to manage but he managed it very well with great resolve. Good experience and the product works great.

They look very nice in my new laundry room. That said, they're smaller (inside) than I realized. The dryer doesn't seem very efficient. Takes over 2 hours to dry a load of laundry. Could be operator error, still trying different cycles. The dryer filter is kind of a pain to clean as well.
