It would use an infant insert like the uppa one. Also could use a shoulder strap. Maybe the wheels would be 360 like a suitcase.

I love this stroller. We have the Metro + but wanted an upgrade for our next trip. This one fits the ticket. The ride feels so smooth. The button collapse also feels really neat.

Its a great stroller with one huge drawback

The quality and look of this stroller is unmatched. It has I believe the highest amount of cushion on the seat amongst travel strollers and it was easy to manuever over different surface areas during our trip to Alaska. The fold on this stroller is very user friendly and it fit in the overhead bin in both the flights. The biggest drawback is the unfold! Even with both hands we found it very difficult to unfold. If they had spend more time to fix that this could have been the perfect stroller. Since everything else was great we decided to keep it.

I love how soft the seat is. It’s easy to fold, but it’s not as easy unfolding. . I wish it was easier and I wish the belt buckle was easier. But I do like it more than the butterfly stroller

I was expecting it to close and open one handed. It doesn’t do either really well. That and travel was the main reason why I purchased it.

The price does not fit the quality of the stroller. There are features missing and the sides don’t go high so it feels like a cheaper stroller in that regard

Overall I like it, but it does seem big. It’s larger than a carry on so I’m not sure if it will be allowed on board, I’ll take my first trip with it in a few weeks. I’m a bit anxious about it, cause I bought the travel stroller with the will of taking it with me with no need to check it. Let’s see how things are going to work out. Tha stroller is sturdy, the basket is spacious and it’s very easy to manoeuvre.

I love this stroller for so many reasons! It pushes like a dream and turns so easily. It even works on grass! It’s definitely a bumpy ride, but my baby doesn’t seem to mind! It’s super easy to close and I LOVE that it lays flat! We actually purchased this to be a travel stroller but it has become our everyday stroller! We tried several of the other most popular brands and returned them all except this one. It would be the perfect stroller if it wasn’t so hard to open and if there was an adapter for a Chicco infant car seat (they used to be compatible, but ergobaby discounted the adapter 😭). The stroller sticks significantly when opening it and I always seem to smack my shins so just be aware that it’s definitely not a one handed fold!

The new Ergobaby Metro 3 stroller has been great for quick trips to the grocery store and for doctor’s appointments. It is my only stroller and I have a 6 week old that has been using the stroller since he was about 3 weeks old. My baby seems to enjoy the ride, he falls asleep in it fairly quickly. So far, my experience with this stroller has been great, but it has its drawbacks. The pros: - has a nice compact fold that doesn’t take up space in my trunk - the nearly flat recline allows him to sleep comfortably - ease of closing the stroller is super convenient - I’m 5’2” and I appreciate the adjustable handlebar a lot - comfortable padded seat - no rethread harness - easy to buckle and unbuckle baby in and out - stroller wheels go over gravel, grass, and dirt pretty easily without getting stuck - I like the feel of the handlebar, it’s designed well for a comfortable grip - the canopy wicks away water and I love how far it extends - the storage basket holds a decent amount of things The cons: - wish it came with the belly bar instead of having to purchase it separately - opening the stroller isn’t the easiest for me (mainly due to my height), I feel like I have to really lift high and yank it hard in order for it to fully click and open into position and the joints where it’s supposed to unfold gets stuck sometimes and I’m afraid I might break it - the stroller is designed to be newborn ready with panels in the leg rest. Which is great when I have the baby in the stroller for a while, but it’s not very practical to keep putting it together and taking it apart when I have to take the stroller in and out of the car for quick trips, errands, and appointments. Keeping the newborn panels together prevents the stroller from folding with ease. You have to undo the buttons, pull the Velcro apart, and put the panels back into the leg rest before closing the stroller which takes some time. Although, I won’t need the newborn panels for much longer as my baby gets older. Overall, the strollers pros out weigh the cons in my personal experience, so I can’t complain. I have yet to experience the stroller more as my baby grows from infant to toddler. I don’t have any other stroller to compare it to, so for it being my only stroller, I love it.

I bought this for my daughter, who used it yesterday for the first time with my grandson. POSITIVES: She loves how light it is and how easy it is to open/close. All the vents are amazing to ensure air flow. POTENTIAL IMPROVEMENTS: Would be great if the handle bar could be moved back and forth so that you can have the baby facing forward or facing you while moving. This is a BIG ISSUE for her as he's still small and should be facing his mommy while in the stroller. This issue may make her return it. I didn't realize that when I ordered it. Also, she wishes the storage bin was larger; makes it difficult to place her baby bag (a back pack) in the bin; she had to carry it the whole time while at the park. She also said that because my grandson is below 20 pounds, it's easy to "pop a wheelie," if you're not careful. Otherwise loves it. I ordered a couple more accessories so am hoping she decides to keep it!

We originally bought this to use as a travel stroller when flying, but it’s quickly become our out and about stroller because it is lightweight and my 5 month old loves it. It’s very sturdy, and we love the gigantic canopy and the ability to lay the seat flat so she can nap. Sometimes the mechanism for dropping the seat can stick, but my kiddo doesn’t seem to care at all. Highly recommend!

The Best and The Worst

As far as folding, carrying and pushing this stroller is amazing. It pushes amazingly even compared to my very expensive stroller. It folds nicely and is the handle is great for carrying. The downfall is it is awful to unfold!! It definitely takes me two hands and a leg to unfold(yes I’m doing it right). The buttons to push are so hard and the long one never engages correctly. If you get past that it’s a great stroller.

It's a nice stroller, but it's not easy to use. It takes two hands to open and collapse down. The buttons stick and the handle is so wide that I can't do both mechanisms with one hand. Materials are nice, it's just not as easy to use as advertised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First I have to thank the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this stroller. It’s been a game changer with my desire to go anywhere with my big baby in tow! My little one is at the age where she wants to sit up and see the world and has enjoyed that and napping in this wonder. It’s easy to maneuver, lightweight and compact. It gives so much extra space in my trunk which is another bonus! Me and baby found the straps comfortable and easy to adjust/ clean. I also like the pulley system for the recline on the seat which makes it easy to adjust her position or lay her down for a nap while out and about. Lastly, I enjoyed the extra canopy for sun protection! It came in handy recently when we went to the airshow she was constantly shaded thanks to this. Overall I recommend this, my only drawback which doesn’t count for much is the break gear gets a bit sticky when unlocking it from time to time. 100 stars from me and baby!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. It’s not often I find a stroller that seamlessly accommodates different sized passengers so easily! My daughter is an average almost three year old who tends to look a tad too big and cramped in travel strollers and doesn’t take to them well. However, when I bring the Ergobaby Metro 3 stroller out she immediately lights up and wants to ride in it. She can reach down and adjust the leg rest with ease and loves to ask for it to be reclined so she can pretend to nap. The sunshade is impressive and pulls down so far to give complete coverage! When my daughter isn’t using it her little brother is and the ability to adjust the straps is easily my favorite feature. No more fumbling around and getting frustrated - and this mom is forever grateful! The entire design of the stroller is very intuitive and feels like it is made to help make life just a little bit easier. From the incredibly compact size when folded up to the smooth ride over a variety of surfaces, this stroller has made it a breeze to always be on the go.

Ergobaby Metro 3 surpassed all my expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a first-time mom, I’ve experienced my fair share of stroller trials, owning two other models before purchasing the Ergobaby Metro 3. To put it simply, this stroller has completely surpassed my expectations and has become my go-to for daily outings with my toddler. Here’s why I’m absolutely loving it: **Compact and Lightweight Design** My daily outings have become so much easier with the Ergobaby Metro 3. You know a stroller is going to be compact when even the box it arrives in is compact! First impressions are everything. We’re always on the move, whether it's running errands or heading out for a walk, and the compact size of this stroller makes it a dream to navigate through tight spaces — like grocery stores or crowded areas. It folds down small enough to fit easily in the trunk of my car, which is a huge relief compared to my bulky old stroller. I recently took it on a trip to a busy downtown area where I had to park far from the shops and it was such a breeze to carry and maneuver. It took up minimal space and I never felt like I was juggling a giant piece of equipment while trying to focus on my baby. **One-Hand Fold Feature** This feature is a total game-changer! As a mom who’s often juggling bags, groceries, and sometimes a toddler while trying to get out the door, the one-hand fold is a huge convenience. I can fold the stroller effortlessly with one hand, leaving my other hand free to hold my baby or whatever I’m carrying. It’s been especially handy on days when I’m balancing errands and trying to get everything packed back into the car quickly. It’s such a simple feature, but it makes a huge difference. **Travel-Friendly** We travel a lot, whether it’s by car or plane, and the Ergobaby Metro 3 has been amazing for both. I can easily fit it in the trunk of my car without it taking up too much space. But what really impressed me was how well it fit in an overhead bin during a recent flight. Its compact fold makes it the perfect travel companion, and I didn’t have to worry about it getting damaged or taking up too much room on the plane. This stroller is definitely designed with busy parents in mind, making it so easy to take anywhere. **Built-In Comfort** My baby seems incredibly comfortable in this stroller. The seat is roomy and well-padded, and I love that it has a flat recline option, which is perfect for nap time on the go. The extendable sunshade is a great bonus for those sunny days, giving my baby extra protection while we’re out and about. The comfort level of this stroller really stood out to me compared to my other strollers. My baby is so content in it, and I’m confident that they feel safe and cozy during every outing. Overall, I can’t recommend the Ergobaby Metro 3 enough. It’s exceeded my expectations in every way, from the ease of use to the comfort for my little one. Whether it’s a quick trip to the store or a weekend getaway, this stroller makes everything so much easier. If you’re a first-time mom like me, this stroller is worth the investment! Thank you to Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing the product for me to test and give my honest opinion!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ergobaby Metro 3 stroller is a great option for a petite momma like me. This lightweight stroller is easy to pick up and carry in a compact form. It folds to a small size that allows minimal tetris in the trunk of the car. The adjustable handlebar height allowed me to push babe around with only one hand. My favorite feature is the extended canopy length, which I have not fully seen with other mid-level strollers. The canopy size is perfect for extra sunny days to shield babe but still allow them to see out. Another huge win is the recline feature with a strap. This allows the recline to be smooth, not jerky, so you won’t accidentally jolt babe awake when you adjust it to tip them back. My concern is that the stroller is top-heavy for a too-easy tipover. I envision an older sibling toddler wanting to help push and spilling over the stroller. The Ergobaby Metro 3 stroller was received and tested from the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this stroller to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. It is one of the easiest strollers I’ve ever used and so lightweight. It takes up very little room in my trunk and garage and is a comfortable ride for my baby. The stroller came in a compact box and was assembled and ready to go. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to fold and unfold the stroller, but once you understand the buttons it can be done with one hand. There is a convenient carrying handle and it can be lifted and carried with one hand. The shade extends to give baby extra coverage on sunny days and it maneuvers like a dream. At a crowded zoo, it worked through groups of people and kept a narrow profile for our journey. In walks around the neighborhood, my son can recline or sit up comfortably and I can store everything we need in the basket below. We are traveling via airline in a few months, and this will be the stroller we take on our trip because of its compact storage, whether we check it or store it overhead. I love the cushion of the straps and how secure they keep my baby. I would recommend this stroller to anyone who is on the go and taking a stroller along because of its slim storage profile, comfortable ride and maneuverability.
