We purchased a high-value sunroof system from Erommy and received defective parts right out of the box. We immediately contacted customer service for a replacement, but unfortunately, we have not received any meaningful response. Our installation is now on hold, and we are left with heavy components that we must repack and return — something we were hoping to avoid if a simple replacement could be arranged. When we did manage to speak with a representative, we were told they had no authority to help and that all communication had to go through their service department by email. Despite multiple emails, we have received no response. As a result, we are now approaching the end of the 30-day return window with no resolution. This has been a very frustrating experience. The product arrived damaged, the service has been unresponsive, and we are left in a difficult situation without support. We urge future customers to be cautious when considering this purchase.
