I love this product!
This product works well, and heals my hands! I used to have dry, flaking skin because of my OCD I’d wash my hands repeatedly, and very often for no reason, but I also believe that my hands are naturally rough and dry. But before this product I used to wash my hands and have to use lotion every single time afterwards, or else my skin would flake off, and even with lotion on it would still flake. But after using this product I don’t always have to put lotion on my hands after washing them because they stay smooth and feel good with no pain. It helped heal my broken skin barrier.

Burns
Tried to use it to deal with the sensitive skin of our Pre-K kid but the moment we apply it, he cries and screams because of the burn. At first we thought he was just acting but he swore it burned really bad for him and then we found all the reviews here confirming it but no warnings from Eucerin that it can severely hurt you.

Packaging mess
Target shipping wrapped the tube of lotion in tape and put a big label on it. There's a sticky adhesive residue on the tube that's very difficult to remove. Unfortunately, I ordered two tubes. The product is fine, but Target's packaging is a mess.

If you have dry skin, this is for you. I bought this before going to Iceland this winter, and it was my saving grace. It helped SO much. I personally use Eucerin for my daily moisturizer in the winter months, and this hand cream is just as good.

Oh my gosh, how you sell an advance skin care cream that burns so much? This is ridiculous. Never has a salve or lotion meant for dry skin made my hands burn so much! What the heck??

I don't understand the negative reviews. I have very sensitive, reactive skin and it loves this product. Use it on my hands every night. Before I started using this my fingers would get dry and cracked and peeling in the winter, especially if I ate/peeled citrus. The mix of ingredients is incredible for balancing moisture with super light exfoliation. There is a very slight natural ingredient scent to it which is not unpleasant - but it is a fragrance free cream (grateful for that!!). Hope you'll never reformulate this.

My all time favorite
This hand lotion is somehow both lightweight yet super moisturizing at the same time. The addition of AHA is essential and so, so helpful. I suffer from extremely dry skin as well as have a job that entails extended hand exposure to water and this is and has been my go to hand lotion Holy grail!

Smells terrible
I just bought this and the smell is terrible and it lingers until I wash it off. I threw away my receipt or I would return the tube. Just awful. I checked the expiration date and it is 4024-??57 so I’m guessing it was made in April 2024.

This is the best hand lotion. It helps with dry hands and dry cuticles around nails. But beware- there is AHA and if your hands are extremely dry/cracked it will burn for 2/3 minutes but it doesn’t bother me that much since this is the third bottle I have bought! Definitely one of the best hand lotions! Better than “working hands”!
