Guests are saying
The product has garnered mixed feedback from guests, with many praising its moisturizing properties, especially for dry skin, while others express disappointment over a recent formula change that has made it thinner and less effective. Guests appreciate its ability to heal dry, cracked skin and its suitability for sensitive skin. However, some have noted issues with the new consistency and unpleasant smell. Overall, it remains a popular choice for winter skincare.

PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA
The new look is also a different formula.. Sticky and not hydrating. Not nearly the same product. Please bring back the LAST FORMULA. It was perfect!

What happened to the essential oil balm
What happened to the essential oil advanced repair balm? It was the best. There is no Eucerin product even close. Please bring it back.

Consistency Change. Please go back to "paste"
I loved (past tense) Eucerin, it did exactly what I needed it to fix. The consistency was that of a paste. Now it is a thinker hand lotion. I can see that you state the formula hasn't changed, and maybe the ingredients haven't changed, but you would have to be blind to say that it hasn't changed. PLEASE BRING BACK OR OFFER THE ORIGINAL CONSISTENCY! I'LL PAY MORE FOR IT, IT WAS BETTER!

FABULOUS! WORTH IT!! For Me!!
First time user. Spent summer in tropics and in serious need of a moisterier/after sun product. Seeked out Eucerin/Aquaphor specifically. MY FIRST reaction was "this is really thick" Not what I was used to. I found if ya rub into hands for a moment becomes pliable more easily to apply. Exactly what I wanted and needed!! I suggest folks who've used this and see a difference... double check where purchased. Some products online Do NOT come directly from Co/Mfg..where stricter storage and such are monitored. Worth every cent!! Thank You Eucerin...

Runny lotion
I just purchased a 2nd jar of the cream I used to love so much! It’s now more of a lotion. Can I return the new one? I want the original formula!!

Hi Carolyn, Thanks for your review. The Eucerin Advanced Repair Cream has a less heavy consistency compared to the Eucerin Original Healing Cream, which is still available and also available in a 16 ounce jar. Our Consumer Care team has sent you an email with further information and we look forward to the opportunity to assist you further.

Used to be the best
The formula changed. It’s no longer dense, now it’s like a lotion. My whole family is so disappointed. This was our go to. Now we will have to find a new product.

Hi Bree, Thank you for your review. The Eucerin Advanced Repair Cream is a lighter weight cream, and the formula has not changed. We also offer the Eucerin Original Healing Cream which has a much thicker consistency and is also available in a 16 oz. jar. Our Consumer Care Team has sent you a direct message so that we may assist you further.

Used to be amazing
As another customer (mom24) has said, the forumla has changed and is now thin and runny. Really sad. Off to look for a new cream.

Formula or consistency changed
I agree with the recent review about how the cream has changed. It used to be a lot more dense. Now it’s almost just like the lotion. It’s greasier now whereas before, it coated my skin and then get absorbed but provides protection for a long time. Now, it feels like Aquaphor (which feels like an ointment) or somehow even less dense than ointment! What happened, Eucerin?

Great for Wintertime.
This product is a dry air, winter time staple. It is the only non-prescription product that has helped my psoriasis and eczema. It is thick and creamy, which is why I like it in this cold, arid, mountain climate. If you live in a humid or hot climate, I wouldn’t recommend using this lotion. When summertime comes around, I no longer use it because it’s just too heavy. Also, the tub lasts forever because you don’t need that much product on your body. Stay moisturized babes.

Cracked skin healer!
Works to heal dry, cracked, sore skin from frequent handwashing. Two days of use and cracks were healed! I usually hate thick creams and feel like I have to rinse it off to be comfortable again. But not this one! Absorbs well without feeling sticky.

Stinks
It has no fragrance, so it's technically "unscented", but I notice it has an unpleasant smell! I do like how smooth it makes my skin without being greasy. It absorbs quickly, but I hate the way it smells and that lingers all day. I love some of the other Eucerin products, but I won't buy this particular cream again.
