Q: I purchased this and it arrived last evening. Why are parabens listed on the ingredients on the box when stated above this doesn't contain parabens?

It's clear-ish like neosporin and amazing for the winter. It's absolutely wonderful, if you are an eczema sufferer, like myself. It is an absolute MUST if you ski/snowboard and deal with windburn. It's gentle enough to use on extremely sensitive cracked skin. The fragrance-free version of this hand cream is truly fragrance-free. This is what I grab when I have an eczema flare up but don't need my super expensive medicated stuff.

A: Thanks for asking, we're sorry we didn't get back to you right away! This product was reformulated in August of 2021. We replaced the preservative ingredients and removed fragrance to better adjust to needs of our consumers with sensitive skin <3

This the theee best hand cream for people who constantly wash their hands. My mom has used this hand cream for years and for as long as I’ve been a grown adult I have too! It’s definitely not something I’d use in the daytime, it’s thick and a bit greasy, but not on the Aquaphor level. I put it on before bed every night and wake up with supremely moisturized hands.

the tube is a bit on the smaller side, but it's concentrated lotion, so a little is supposed to go a long way (though handwashing requires more applications of lotion). It's pretty good and moisturizing.

I go.out of my way to stay stocked up on this stuff, especially in the winter. Chicago winters and radiant heat make my hands dry and chapped. This stuff solves it. It's not greasy. It absorbs quickly. My whole family loves it

Not only did you change the packaging, you changed the entire formula. Instead of the rich, thick emollient hand cream I have used on a daily basis since 1975, it now is obviously much more water based. As a dentist washing my hands dozens of times a day, I knew that when I put this on at night, in the morning my hands would be soft and smooth again in the morning. No longer. My cuticles are not the same texture as they have been, and the cream doesn’t feel the same or work as well. The scent is unpleasant, too. I can’t tell you how many tubes I have bought of this previously amazing product, and how many people I have extolled its virtues to in the past 50 years. And now? I am on the lookout for something better. Change it back!

I have used Neutrogena unscented hand cream for well over 20 years. Working in freezing weather, taking care of farm animals, washing your hands fifty times a day, This stuff is incredible! I'd never use anything else. They just changed the tube package and it has a small hole making it extremely difficult, nearly impossible to get product out especially in cold weather. I'm going to have to drill a bigger hole in the dozen I just bought! PLEASE RETURN THE PACKAGE TO THE ORIGINAL HOLE SIZE!
