    My absolute favorite face wash

    I love that this face wash is so gentle! It doesn’t strip my skin at all, but at the same time does an excellent job at getting dirt, oil and sunscreen off my face. It also is great as a second step in my double cleanse after removing makeup with makeup remover balm. I have very dry skin because I use tretonoin at night, and since using this face wash my skin is not as dry. It is the only face wash I use now. This is my fourth bottle. Unless they decide to change the formula, I will never change to a different face wash!

    Pump issues

    Product is good but the last two times I’ve purchased, there have been pump issues! From the start the first bottle’s pump didn’t work at all so I had to open the cap and pour it into my hand every time I needed to use it. Then this most recent bottle’s pump only dispenses when I squeeze the bottle itself! So freaking annoying.

    Not a fan

    I've been using this on and off. I took breaks because I wasn't sure why I had a sticky feeling on my face abd neck after using it. It happened again today. I am convinced it's this cleanser. It might be cleaning too well because it also leaves me with extreme dryness and redness. I am going back to using oatmeal bath powder. I sprinkle it on a wet cloth. Keeps my skin soft and hydrated. I am careful not to get it in my eyes. I am careful to not get clumps in the drain.

    Ouch

    This cleanser got in my eyes several times when washing my face and burned so bad I felt sick . It took an entire night to get the irritation to stop. It's definitely not for contact with eyes .

    I will buy this product again, again, again,again,again....

    I have had rosacea reactive sensitive skin a LONG time. So I think I've tried everything and all cleansers. And I had orange peel chin with white hard bumps I would pic open with a needle. I've seen this cleanser for awhile so I thought I'd try it. In a matter of days my chin improved GREATLY and the redness from rosacea is gone. I wash my face and look up in the mirror and I see normal skin!!!!! So I have invested in the whole line and I 'm NOT GOING BACK to anything I HAVE USED BEFORE. For me this is the HOLY GRAIL!!

    Bad formula

    I'm almost 50 and haven't had to deal with acne for decades. The day after using this cleanser, my entire face was full of tiny whiteheads, and redness/irritation. Yes, I know how to wash my face. Yes, I rinsed thoroughly. No, I have not changed anything else in my diet/lifestyle/fabrics/skincare. Like others have stated, this dried and irritated my skin while somehow managing to leave an acne-inducing residue.

    Good for face and body

    I've been using this product on both my face and body, since the retailer I was shopping at was out of the body wash. I do intend to try the body wash when I can, but right now, this facial cleanser is working extremely well on both my face and body. It lathers well, cleanses thoroughly, rinses cleanly, and doesn't make my skin angry. It's a bit pricey, but worth every penny.
