I have no idea how this has so many 5 star reviews. I guess to each their own! For us this game is boring- there's not enough variation in the types of cards you can draw and what you can do. The game feels long. I gave it 2 stars bc the idea of it is cute but the actual game is a lot of hype over nothing all that great.

As fun as the original EK is with multiple people, it was very lackluster in a two-player setting. This solves that dilemma by recalibrating the game in a way where the winner does not seem immediately apparent, so the game can be thoroughly enjoyed.

We love this version of the game, short sharp shocking games to pass the time. The only problem is that one game leads to 20! It's great that the games don't run on for a long time so we can just have quick games at meal times etc. The rules are simplified when compared to the full version and that keeps things brief ! Highly recommended

This travel like edition is meant for 2 players and is perfect for a quick game with my wife. This game got me to buy the Zombie and the Recipes versions of the game too. My kid is 5 and a half and I am already thinking of introducing him to this. Lobe you Exploding Kittens! Meow.
