It is even easy to chew on while having braces. One thing I noticed, was that it did leave sticky marks on my mouth when I popped a bubble. But that's a minor con.

My go to gum! I have been chewing this gum for a few years now. Ever since I was a kid I have always been prone to stomach upset. And the worst is when I am riding with my husband who thinks he's in the Indy 500. I keep packs of gum around all the time for the mint flavor to help make me feel better. This gum is the best out of all I tried in the past. It doesn't get stuck in my teeth or taste really chemically compared to some I have tried. I quit smoking after 15-20 years about 4 years ago and that's how I got started chewing gum more frequently to begin with. And that's how I also discovered it was kind of like sucking on a mint if I had an upset stomach. So now I make sure I always have them on hand. I chew them after dinner too when I feel like I ate a little too much. I really love this gum!

Gum... as long as it has flavor, and it lasts for more than a minute, I usually feel like it is a winner. Extra Peppermint Sugarfree Gum definitely checks those boxes. The peppermint flavor is there - not too strong - but lasting. The chew is good - again - lasting for longer than a couple minutes. The only reason I gave 4 vs 5 stars is it would have been nice had the flavor lasted a little longer. After about 10 minutes, it just feels like a hunk of harder gum to be chewing on.
