Great cheese. It’s on the level of Cabot. It’s a simple tasty cheddar cheese that will be my go to (with cabot). Cabot offers a variety of cheddar so for something sharper go Cabot but for a quality cheddar this is a def yes! Better than Cracker Barrel. Easily better than Tillman.
