Q: How do I insert the 2 AA batteries in the laser shooters? I can’t find it. I unscrewed where it says “battery reload” and I still don’t see where I add the batteries for the laser shooter. Might have to return the toy if I can’t figure it out. Thanks!

A: Hi Z1659, On the back of the gun, there is a battery door cover. Unscrew and pull out the battery housing, insert batteries and slide housing back in. Note that there is only one way the battery housing will fit in. This is to avoid accidentally inserting the wrong way.

Q: I bought two sets of these.... can you play with four independently or are the Gun 1's the same and Gun 2's the same; therefore, one Gun 1 is not able to tag the other Gun 1 and same for the Gun 2's.

A: Every 15-year-old is different in size for the upper body so it will depend on the individual size of the user. The life vest has one strap that goes around the neck like a necklace and one strap around the back and the straps are adjustable to help the potential fit. Thank you

Q: Just received this as a gift and when Player 1 shoots Player 2, the hit registers a hit on both players. Anyone else have this problem? It happens when Player 2 shoots too. It doesn't matter who is shooting, both vests register the hit.

A: We learned if the shooter and the receiver of the shot are standing too close together, then the shot registers on both targets. When they are more than about 10 feet apart, it works properly.

One didn't work, we returned immediately. It seemed like it was the loading that wouldn't work so I looked under cover and it had a loose wire. I didn't want to take apart and solder it back and maybe break it more. So returned it.

The guns only worked for an hour and then players 1 gun stop working it didn’t make a sound when you shot or register the shot on the chest piece. Kids were so disappointed.

My son got this for Christmas (from Santa) & 1 of the guns doesn't work. So disappointing! I was going to try & take it back (when he wasn't around) to get a new one (that hopefully worked), but of course the store doesn't have them in stock anymore. How do you tell your son, who still believes in Santa, that you have to send a toy to a store & have a new one shipped in a week later? He was so excited to get this gift!

My kids got this as a birthday gift and waited all day to play with it. When they finally got a chance to play with it, straight out of the box with brand new batteries, one of the guns just didn’t work. It’s not the first time that a toy from this brand that we got as a gift just didn’t work as soon as it was opened, very disappointed overall.

It’s a good concept, but not executed very well. The first set we got half of the pieces didn’t work (yes new batteries in all) and the second set one piece didn’t work. The straps are so incredibly long for kids I had to tie them on my kids. And in the end the whole thing only kinda worked. Wish it was better.

Purchased as a Christmas gift for 7 year old the straps are a little big but easy to adjust/fix until he’s older to fill it out. For the price these work surprisingly well, would definitely purchase again wish I had these as a kid! The labeled guns/chest piece only works with corresponding player number
