Farberware Brilliance 10" Stainless Steel Steamer Insert

It’s a perfect size and good material

It fit perfectly in my ten inch soup pan. Now I can steam vegetables for our whole crew!

I love how the stainless steel heats evenly all throughout for the perfect cooking result. The handles stay cool even when on the stove which I absolutely love. All of the pans heat up almost instantly for fast cooking. I cannot recommend it enough. I received this cookware set complimentary from Influenster in exchange for my opinion. Thank you so much for this voxbox I use it every time I cook and I have no complaints.

I used with my nice tall pot i had already to steam some sweet corn and broccoli on separate occasions. This worked great for both and the fact I could just left them out once they were ready was a bonus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Wok is HUGE! It’s really great quality and very durable. You can use it for just about anything and it’s big enough to be very versatile. The bowl is good at distributing heat so that everything cooks at an even temperature. Cleaning it isn’t hard so long as you don’t leave anything laying in it for too long!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this pan, especially because my family loves to make all things Chinese. I tried it out with a rice stirfry and even with ample time to heat up and with oil—the meat still stuck to the bottom of the pan. And it had to be scrubbed in order to get it off. Now, this might be user error, as most of my pans are not stainless steel. But there were no real clear instructions on if I was supposed to use it in a different way. I did like the addition of the rubber handles. It helped the heat not affect the grip of the pan and I could grip it with my bare hands right off of the stove in order to get the pan into the plate. As far as evenly distributing heat, I have varying results. I felt like I needed to move the veggies a lot in order to get the vegetables all the way cooked. As well as the pan itself was hard to clean and definitely doesn’t fit in the dishwasher unless you wanna take up the entire bottom rack of the dishwasher. It looks sexy and maybe with a different owner could really do some good woking, but for this user it was not something that I will use very frequently because of the cleanup and lack of heat distribution.

This is big in size but at the same time light weight that helps in heating up quickly and evenly. It is easy to clean. I am very satisfied with this wok and now I am using it every day for regular meals preparation.

I’ve been using it for veggies mostly broccoli, carrots, even dumplings and everything cooks evenly without getting soggy. The stainless steel is sturdy but not too heavy, and it cleans up super easily too. Honestly, such a simple tool, but it feels like a little kitchen upgrade.

The walls are thick and retain heat while cooking for an even temperature. I like the handles which stay cool while cooking and have a nice grip.

Does not come with lid and heating time is not bad but a bit longer than other stainless steel pans/cookwares. Crazy to clean because of the shape and how wide it is and not super deep with the gradual angle of it.

This wok is the perfect size for a wide variety of everyday meals and the food cooks evenly every time. It is made of durable stainless steel. So, it will last for many years and is very easy to clean. It is a great addition to the kitchen for all cooks.
