[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used a pack of Farmer Focus organic chicken breasts to make fried chicken cutlets for a chicken Milanese dinner. The cutlets were nice quality and tasted great. No strange pieces that needed to be cut off before cooking. I did cut the pieces up smaller so I was able to get several smaller "cutlets" from the two large ones in the package. I didn't see thin sliced cutlets in the store but I would probably also like to buy pre sliced thinner cutlets if available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the thin sliced chicken breast from farmer focus at Acme in New Jersey. We used to make a chicken parm and I have to say it was an excellent choice. The chicken ended up being extremely tender, juicy, and flavorful. The slices were pretty equal in thickness and contains almost no fat. The texture was really good as sometimes when we've been purchasing organic it's been stringy in a weird way. I think we found our new favorite chicken at least for thin sliced. I will say it is not necessarily the cheapest but it was really good.

The package I got was nice and trim and the color and taste proved it was fresh. I also like the packaging where it is like vacuum sealed so you don't have to worry about any chicken juice leaking. They only had the chicken breast at my store and it was very limited selection. I will keep an eye out for it at other local spots.

I used it as an addition to a pasta dish, but it tastes incredible on its own too - extremely flavorful and tender, with very minimal fat/tendon to cut through. We prepped the chicken which had very little to trim off be, again, it's quality. Once cooked, it was completely tender and juicy. I am very conscious of looking for meat without hormones or weird additives. So I really appreciate the attention to the health of the Chickens without taking shortcuts. The meat itself was a great texture, and had a good flavor. I have found some chicken can be quite bland and I didn't find that to be the case. I will definitely be buying again. I also enjoyed the personal anecdotes from the actual farmers - we had fun looking them up and seeing the Chickens at the source!

The meat was tender and juicy and the skin came out nice and crispy. The meat was good quality throughout with no tough or sinewy bits. The brand was 20% off at my local Shaw's, so even without a coupon I would purchase at that price. I do prefer to buy organic meats when my budget allows, but I often wonder what the label really means. I appreciate the extra level of transparency that Farmer Focus gives, and I like knowing that the chickens are allowed to roam, in addition to what they eat.
