Buy it and you will never regret it!
I love this book! I love it so much that I bought the digital book first and then came back to order the actual book once it was available at Target. Such good information and facts about intermittent fasting (time restricted eating) and all the health benefits. I recommend it to everyone.

The key to sustainable weight loss!
Spoiler Alert: When you fast, you give your body a chance to lower insulin levels, and your body can then tap into your fat stores. Compared to when you eat all day, your insulin levels are constantly spiking, and you’re not able to burn fat. This book explains the “why” and “how” to lead an intermittent fasting lifestyle so well, I can’t recommend it enough! It will answer all of your questions and provides the science to back it up! Buy it!
