A: Thank you for your question. I apologize but the manufacturer does not provide an time estimate for assembling the tumbler. The manufacturer provides digital copies of the manual which you can review prior to purchasing if you would like a preview of the assembly.

I think it will work fine as a compost bin, but the assembly instructions are not good. Part of them come on paper with the product and part are online (the part on paper is not also online). One set of pieces was not mentioned anywhere in the instructions, so once I found them I had to take something apart to put them in. The caps of the axles are very, very hard to get on and could not be done with a mallet as instructed. We used a giant clamp which I I’m sure most people don’t have and the cap did not go on straight. There was also a bag of 56 small screws and bolts for assembling the panels but I got to the end and discovered that one of the screws was a different size and didn’t fit the nut.
