Not only does the stock image show a different chair than is packaged, but the assembly instructions that arrive with the chair don’t match the style of the chair either. I specifically purchased this to match an existing set of chairs I have and was very disappointed to find out that the chair was a different style than advertised (see my original chair on right in photo attached). Despite their error, I am responsible to ship this item back, there is a restocking fee, and their recommendation was to send it back and order the chair again in hopes that the correct chair arrives. The fact that I have to waste my time and more of my money due to no error of mine is WILD to me. Ultimately I’ve decided to just keep the chair I don’t want to save myself the money and time. I’m really disappointed to have paid full price for something I didn’t want, but I truly feel stuck at this point.

After the rocking chair was assembled we noticed 2 parts were cracked. I contacted the manufacture. the do not replace the parts and refered me back to Target. I sent pictures and informed that I would like a 25% credit off the original price. I have not received and information regarding a credit.
