I am a true medium (5’5” and 138lbs) and they were too snug around my hips to feel comfortable and confident. The bikini style fit in a S/M fit much better for my body type.

I wear a large in the Pima cotton hipster, but had to get these in an XL, and would almost go for an XXL if that was an option. For reference I’m 5’11” 165lbs and typically wear an 8 or 10 in jeans.

I bought the S/M size because my previous Felina panties were that size. The panties in this six pack are true to size, but lack the elasticity of my previous Felina panties, so I found them a bit tight. I could wear them, but they were not as comfortable as my previous purchase. Sooo, I would suggest to any future customers that if you are a slightly larger in the hips than a S/M, buy the Large size. Other than that, I think the quality and style is fantastic. Felina products are so well made and so flattering, and sold at such a reasonable price. I really can't recommend them highly enough.

Washing them caused significant shrinkage. They are not as stretchy and soft as other modal underwear that I own.
